Rosemary's August Biscornu

Out by the road, someone always plants a field full of sunflowers, so I chose a sunflower pattern by Chatelaine. It's a freebie. I used the DMC thread listed with the pattern. 28ct lt. blue linen and lots of gold beads #20557 and #40557.

Antonina's (lovebiser) August Biscornu

This time I was charmed by big enough pattern from free designs by gazette94. It took extra time to finish it, but it deserve it, as the result is more then beautiful!!!

Missy's August Biscornu

Had this stitched earlier in the month but finally put it together this weekend. I have a couple of buttons to add to it arriving via snail mail. This one was a FUN stitch and being that I love 6 houses from a Sailing Club, it was fitting to stitch.

Terry's August Biscornu

Well, I've had it done for a few days and finally realized that I hadn't posted it yet! And of course, for the month of August I couldn't think or find any holidays (my theme for the biscornus) so I thought something red hot would definitely define the month of August. This was a freebie by Jan Eaton and is called Blackwork Summer. Of course, I changed it out to GAST's Louisiana Hot Sauce and added in a couple of ladybug buttons that I've had around for ever and a lifetime (glad they could be finally put to good use). Thanks for looking!

Oh, and just so everyone knows, I don't always comment on your designs, because if I did I would be here forever! They are all so gorgeous that I wish I had done them myself. Congratulations on all the beautiful finishes!

Kathy's August biscornu

Here is my August biscornu finally! It is the Cheetah Biscornu from the Cross Stitch Happy blog.
Stitched on heatherfield aida with the DMC colors changed a bit to match the cheetah/leopard face buttons. I like it, even though it is rather large. Front and back, obviously!

Sonda's July Biscornu

Obviously, I'm a little late in posting. I had it all stitched up by the end of the month but ran into some issues with finishing and finals week, so it didn't actually get done until a few days later. But isn't it beautiful??? I love this biscornu!
